Troubled beauty Lindsay Lohan has passed on the upcoming film The Best Time of Our Lives with Keira Knightley reports LIFE & STYLE

The party girl pulled out because her team was unable to work out an agreeable contract with the film's producers, Lindsay's rep, Leslie Sloan Zelnick, confirms exclusively to Life & Style.

Lindsay Lohan , who just returned to the States from shooting her Jill Stuart ad campaign in Japan, "was supposed to start filming on April 21," an insider familiar with the project tells Life & Style. "But they were unable to come to terms. She didn't back out and they didn't pull the deal. But there were changes that weren't to her liking, and that was that."
